Day 1
Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m), trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3-4 hrs
Day 2
Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 5-6 hrs
Day 3
Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar (optional hike to Everest View Hotel)
Day 4
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m) – 5 hrs

Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m) – 5 hrs

Acclimatization day in Dingboche (hike to Nagarjun Hill)

Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 m) – 5 hrs
Day 8
Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m), then hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) and back – 7-8 hrs
Day 9
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for sunrise, then descend to Pheriche (4,240 m) – 7-8 hrs

Pheriche to Namche Bazaar – 6-7 hrs
Day 11
Namche Bazaar to Lukla – 6-7 hrs
