Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m), trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – 3-4 hrs

Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – 5-6 hrs

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar (optional hike to Everest View Hotel)
